RSPCA Kidderminster & District Branch

Each year many animals are abandoned in our district, or placed in our care because owners are no longer able to look after them. It is our aim, with assistance and support from our local community, to care and look after all animals entrusted to us until they can be rehomed responsibly and enjoy a safe and happy life.

Animal welfare is at the heart of everything we do

The Kidderminster & District Branch is run by a committee of trustees who oversee the branch activities, everyone works on a voluntary basis. Our volunteers are the backbone of the branch and without them, the branch could not function. We support the work of our local RSPCA Inspectors by funding veterinary treatment and accommodation for animals suffering cruelty, neglect and those animals that are ill or require longer term specialist care or emotional support.

Our aim is to rehome all animals in new and safe environments.

We receive no public or direct central funding. We rely on donations, legacies, our charity shop in Stourport-on-Severn and local fundraising activities to provide sufficient funds to keep the Branch open.

The Branch covers a very large area as outlined on the OS map here.
