Welcome to the RSPCA Kidderminster & District Branch website 'Animal welfare is at the heart of everything we do'
Each year many animals are abandoned in our district, or placed in our care because owners are no longer able to look after them. It is our aim, with assistance and support from our local community, to care and look after all animals entrusted to us until they can be rehomed responsibly and enjoy a safe and happy life.
The Kidderminster & District Branch is run by a committee of trustees who oversee the branch activities, everyone works on a voluntary basis. Our volunteers are the backbone of the branch and without them, the branch could not function. We support the work of our local RSPCA Inspectors by funding veterinary treatment and accommodation for animals suffering cruelty, neglect and those animals that are ill or require longer term specialist care or emotional support.
Our aim is to rehome all animals in new and safe environments.
We receive no public or direct central funding. We rely on donations, legacies, our charity shop in Stourport-on-Severn and local fundraising activities to provide sufficient funds to keep the Branch open.

Can you help us in 2014?
We have lots of cats and kittens in care (all of whom are looking for new homes) and we'd love you to help give them an extra start to the year. A donation of just £3 would help us to continue to care for, and feed them while we look for new homes.
Text RSKD13 £3 to 70070 to donate. (The amount can be changed £1,£2, £4, £5 or £10)
